Excellent hotel with great amenities like free parking, wi-fi, and a 24-hour reception. I still remember the staff helping me with a morning wake-up call during my first stay. Highly recommend!

It was airy, had a very comfy bed. The location was easy, just 5 min walk from The Family.

Location: the hotel was near communal and dining areas, the town centre & shops & bars and comfortable. Besides, it was 4 km away from Milestones Museum. The room with double bed.

Didn't have breakfast but had some very good sandwiches
Difficult to find anything to criticize apart from ambiguous menu

The room sizes are inadequate for executive accommodations!!! The hotel's interior feels tired and dated!!!

new-fashioned soundproof rooms with trouser press and the bathroom, for instance. surprisingly good and gorgeous choice for breakfast. central location, within easy walking distance of the family. quick check in and late check out.

Nothing. It was a dismal experience!
Staff coldness. Noisey business men on phones. The view of the carpark.

A really lovely Hotel in all aspects, so convenient for town yet situated in rural area, best of both worlds. I have stayed here many times and have never been dissapointed. A really top drawer hotel at affordable prices. rooms spotlessley clean, and the staff very friendly.

The friendly & helpful staff, the excellent breakfast which was fresh and plentiful.
I found the pillows hard - and that is the only thing that I was unhappy with.

You know your getting a good quality, clean room with Holiday Inn and the location was key to the event I was attending.
It's next to the m3 and breakfast is rather over priced at £20 extra

It was just a perfect match for a quick layover in Basingstoke with high value for money. I had a lovely interaction with the staff who quickly brought me a working hairdryer when mine failed. Be sure to check the local dining options for better meals than the hotel's.

Having to pay for internet connection!!! What justifies the cost, when other places provide it free?
